WWII JAPANESE WAR MEDAL WITH ORIGINAL BOX NO RESERVE ESTATE FIND

This Medal was in a Box of WWII United States Army Medals I purchased from a Estate Sale. I know it is Japanese and that is the Extent of what I know about it!! I went thru all the Medals on Ebay and couldn't find one like it, so I am putting it up for Auction with No Reserve as I don't know the Value of it.
