    82274 / 7337037 Corporal / Private Donald COLLINS, Royal Army Medical Corps and Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders.
    Consists of:
    ~ British War Medal to:
    82274 CPL D. COLLINS, RAMC.
    Note that there is much wear and knocks to the edge as can be seen.
    ~ Victory Medal with (matching details) to:
    82274 CPL D. COLLINS, RAMC.
    ~ Territorial Force Efficiency Medal to:
    7337037 PTE D. COLLINS, RAMC.
    Note that there is some knocks to the edge as can be seen. The Ribbon is the second pattern TFEM with yellow stripes to the edge rather than the center. Typical to medal mounting during the second issue period.
    ~ French Croix de Guerre.
    Group comes with copies of survived service records and medal entitlement verification.

    Summary as thus:
    Born in 1890 Scotland, COLLINS enlisted in 1914 with the 9th Field Ambulance. In 1917 to 1918 he served in Salonica and then transferred into the 12th Battalion, Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders. He received gunshot and shrapnel wounds during his service in Salonica in 1918. It was with the A&SH that he received the Croix de Guerre with associated regimental recognition. He was discharged in 1919 and re-enlisted with the RAMC in 1921, 2nd Lowland Field Ambulance.
