This is a Pressed Penny pin, part of WDI's mystery pin series.
Pewter colored (dull silver), the face of the pin has the words DISNEYLAND SEASON'S GREETINGS at the top and, underneath, features Pluto witting with Reindeer antlers.
It has a single pin-stud on the back with Sorcerer Hat stamping.
Also on the back, the stamp reads:
