    Description

    This 6"x12" piece of fabric, on which is a beautiful embroidery, is of natural content, I lean towards silk, but it could be cotton. (burn test revealed natural product). My Mother in law had cut it from something more than 7 decades ago, so I don't know anything more about it.  I do not think it is hand embroidery. The edges of this fabric are at least 1/4 inch ,most about 1/2 inch, and the cut is a bit irregular.  There is one 'hole' near embroidery..see last picture.  Please see pictures front and the photo of back is marked.   In a smoke free and Pet free home.
