On offer is a vintage 1940-46 William Spratling sterling silver footed salt or condiment bowl. This particular hallmark was only used in the 1940s. This is an awesome bowl, handmade and elegant, ready for you to salt the rim that margarita! This is out of an old estate full of Spratling material – check out our other listings It was purchased in the 1950s on regular visits to Mexico. Spratling is THE name in Mexican silver – and this is a rare opportunity to own his fine craftsmanship. The bowl measures 3.75 inches across and stands 1.75 inches tall. We have 3 available weighing between 104-118 grams each (they call that handmade, not machine fabricated).
