    For your consideration is a vintage new brown plastic Snap-Rack for neck ties and drawer for cuff links, etc. It attaches to a wall or other flat surface. The rack can be pulled up to hold ties. There are 12 holders for ties. It can be pushed down. There is a small drawer to hold cuff links or other small items.  It is new in box but the box is dented.  This neck tie holder doesn't look very strong so I am selling as a vintage collection or display item.  It was stored with items from 1940s or 1950s but I do not know if that is the age era.
