EXTREMELY RARE
find! Vintage ORIGINAL Hall Brown brand 1776-1976 Bicentennial tie in LIKE NEW condition. Navy blue background color with orange lettering in a diagonal stripe pattern that says ..."Life, Liberty And The Pursuit Of Happiness"  along with embroidered illustrations of the Declaration of Independence document and an orange inkwell with white feathers in the ink well used for signing the document. The tie is a standard width of 3 1/4" wide and a standard length of 56" from point to point. The tie is made of 100% polyester so that it is VERY EASY CARE--hand wash and hang to dry (recommended) or machine wash & dry on delicate cycle, low heat. NO DRY CLEANING BILLS!! This tie was only worn once (indoors) in 1976 to a family reunion held on the Forth of July weekend, and has been stored clean since. It is clean and ready to wear. From a 100% smoke and pet free home.
