    Description

    This listing is for a stainless steel 3/4 inch NPT female female flow switch. The FSS liquid flow switch series comes in NPT thread sizes ranging from 1/2in to 2in. These switches are designed to close a circuit when flow exceeds a minimum flow rate.
    To protect the switch from current in-rush, over-current conditions, signal chatter, etc., these units should be used with a relay, a timer relay or PLC or as input to a microcontroller or equivalent electronics. Current should not exceed 0.4 Amps (5VDC to 220VAC). Using these switches without a relay or other to directly drive a pump, motor or inductive load can damage the switch.
