    Description

    A large fluorescent specimen of red/brown "troostite" willemite in a calcite matrix with black franklinite. Collected at the Sterling Hill Mine, Ogdensburg,NJ. The willemite is fluorescent green and the calcite is fluorescent red/orange under shortwave UV lamps. Size: 5" x 2-1/4" x 2".  Weight is 1 lb. 14 oz. or 846 grams.
