    Description

    Green Cross Bronze Medal. Made by Japanese Mint, Osaka.
    Awarded by the National Police Department and the Japan Traffic
    Safety Association. This was given to people who had at least a10-year driving record, and had no accidents in 10 years. In
    addition, they had to have had no traffic violations for 5 years.
    This is not a common award.

    Date: probably 1970s or 1980s.
    Condition:
