    India General Service Medal 1854-95, with clasp, "Persia" to 78th Highlanders

    Near extremely fine condition.
    Claw tightened.
    War between Britain and Persia broke out in 1856. Although hostilities only lasted for a little over three months, four battle honours were awarded; Reshire, Bushire, Koosh-Ab and Persia.
