Hewlett-Packard HP 5233L Electronic Counter 2MHz - Untested

I picked this up used.  I don't have any to test it as there is no power cord included.  It has some cosmetic wear in places.  There's a chance it could work.  But, since I can't test it, I am selling it AS-IS for parts or repair.  Please buy this assuming it doesn't work.  Please email me with any questions.
