Description
* Chlorophane a rare variety of Fluorite that fluoresces and phosphoresces teal greenin short wave UV. There is some bright green fluorescent willemite and red fluorescent calcite matrix. Generally these are not bright display specimens. The last picture is the chlorophane phosphorescing in the dark without any UV illumination (lucky shot). The Chlorophane
is also thermoluminescent! Great 4 color fluorescent from Franklin N.J. This specimen has exceptional coverage of chlorophane and if you look closely there are a few orange fluorescent spots of an unknown mineral!! Fluorapatite? cuspidine??
