Description
Offered is a very rare and early Navajo slim bracelet with terminal turquoise stones. It weighs a substantial 32.2 grams and we believe the silver is from ingot. The bracelet is very wearable and expertly crafted with file and stamp work. It has a front center rectangular natural turquoise stone in an old bezel setting with stampwork to each side. There are domed natural turquoise stones set at the terminals. The center front stone measures 1/2 inch by 5/16 inch and the terminal stones are 3/8 of an inch in length. Unmarked the bracelet measures 5 7/8 inches inside end to end without the gap. There is an additional 1 3/8 inch gap for a total wearing length of 7 1/4 inches. One terminal stone has a very fine hairline crack that is difficult to see (photo #4) and is stable in its setting. Overall the bracelet is in very good condition.
