    incorrect ribbon, toned, once polished with surface hairlines, otherwise about extremely fine and scarce
    Staff Sergeant-Major William Smith Reilly received his Commonwealth L.S.&.G.C. by Commonwealth Gazette of 8 July 1905. He also received a Commonwealth M.S.M. on 11 March 1911 as Staff Sergeant-Major, New South Wales’.
