The BC-2 is a Single Wall Drum roaster that can roast samples as small as 3-4 oz and Maximus roasts of 1.5-2lb. per roast and 4-5 roasts per hour. It is only available in Gas models. (Delivered with LPD Orifices- Choose the LPG kit for gas model or the NG kit for natural gas to convert yourself to NG)
You can data log with it using Artisan or Cropster software (Artisan is free of Charge)
