    "Scroll"- form wooden handle attached to ferrules with rivets.
    Handle is secure -
    no backlash.
    Bowl stands on a round-form base,
    please see and inspect all photos.
    Not monogrammed.
    Marked underside:
    "Bear rampant" with litter "I" into an oval punch
    for city of Berlin and for ca1850's;
    capital letter "B" probably for maker;
    script Gothic letter "D" into a pound punch probably for assayer.
