    Piece:
    Oval Serving Bowl with sprite or elf woman in cherry blossom tree(could put a hanger on it for wall display as well).

    Condition:
    Silver with a coppery brass color underneath showing through a little on high relief areas and recessed oval area of bowl center. I would paint the center white or black and cover that up, or go with a shabby look  overall. A dime size shallow indent on edge as well. A very unique piece, and I come across a lot of unique items. Underside edges are rolled, and overall silver having a patina of grayish older metal versus bright shiny metal.
