PLEASE READ THE INTERCHANGE BELOW FOR WHAT AIRBAG IS BEING SOLD. THE CONDITIONS & OPTIONS BELOW ALSO SHOWS THE COLOR & MOST OF THE TIME TRIM CODE. THEY MAKE MANY DIFFERENT COLORS THAT ARE SIMILAR SO IF YOU ARE GOING FOR EXACT COLOR PLEASE REFER TO THE TRIM CODE. IF YOU CANNOT FIND IT PLEASE ASK AND I CAN PROVIDE IT TO YOU. YOU CAN FIND YOUR TRIM CODE INSIDE THE DRIVER DOOR ON MOST VEHICLES. SOME PASSENGER AIRBAGS DO NOT COME WITH THE COVER ONLY IF THE COVER IS PART OF THE WHOLE TOP OF THE DASH. IF THE COVER IS REMOVABLE FROM THE DASH THEN THE COVER WILL COME WITH THE AIRBAG. UNFORTUNATELY ON SOME ROOF AIRBAGS THEY ARE VERY VERY LARGE AND I CANNOT SEPARATE THEM FROM THE OTHER AIRBAGS I LIST SO IF THEY DO NOT FOLD UP AND SHIPPING IS OUTRAGEOUS I WILL ASK FOR YOU TO COVER THE SHIPPING, OR I CAN SEND A REFUND.

When you may want to return an item:
When a part is not defective within the stated warranty length and returned within that time frame the orginal shipping costs are not refunded as stated in the shipping terms (or-less agreed upon).
If the item sold fails to operate within the warranty period we reserve the right to replace the part with an equilavent, functionally working part or refund the purchase price at OUR option.
Electrical parts are exchange or in-store credit only.

To return an item:

Engines,Transmissions, & Drivetrain Units
Engines are sold as a long block only with accessories and transmissions sold separately. Accessories not included, but can be purchased separately are: alternators, starters, compressors, steering pumps, coil packs, turbos, super chargers, distributors and throttle bodies.
Some accessories may be left on your item as a convenience. These items include exhaust manifolds, intake manifolds, fuel injection systems, wiring harness, timing covers, sensors, oil pans, axle shafts, brakes and modules. Since these are accessories they may not be correct for your vehicle. Some accessories may work for you, but some may need to be swapped over from your old item.
No accessories are warrantied under any circumstance if left with the item. These may be left on as a convenience to us for removal purpose.
The warranty coverage is for the listed item only and does not cover labor or shipping costs. Labor will not be paid under any circumstances. Shipping claims will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Wiring harnesses:
All wiring harnesses must have fitment confirmed by the customer's dealer. The customer has full access to our VIN to do this, if customer purchases harness and wants to return it there is a .00 non-refundable labor charge and any shipping charges will not be refunded.
Electrical Items:
We do not guarantee that the electrical items will "fix your issue". Your vehicle codes might trigger a code for something to be fixed but it's not always that exact item. It could be something else linked with it that is causing the certain code to appear. Sometimes electrical items need to be programmed by the dealer to work properly, that's up to you to figure out before purchase.
Our Warranty does not cover the following items:
The purchaser’s loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use, towing expense, installation expense, commercial loss, rental cars or other consequential damages
On driveline components: fluids, gaskets, seals, flters, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, clutches, water pumps, wiring, thermostats, sensors, hoses, belts, spark plugs and injectors are not guaranteed.
On suspension components: bushings, joints and bearings are not guaranteed. If they are sold aftermarket these are wearable components that should always be replaced.
Light bulbs are not guaranteed to work.
Claims that result from: accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper installation, not using proper methods for removing bolts (i.e. customer breaking bolts-we recommend heating all bolts, here in MI items get corroded).

- Our highest level of part, if the part is used rememeber it will be nice but may not be perfect
B Grade
- The second level quality part. It is of average and normal condition for its age
(In Michigan we do use salt on our roads)
This part is a "good used part" and will do its intended job
C Grade
- The third level quality part, this is our lowest level there are defects/blemishes with this item but it will still work and do its intended job with no or a small amount of work.
No Grade
- A part that has not yet been graded
NIQ
Not Insurance Quailty, item has a small defect but nothing major can still be "A Grade"
NSQ
Not Shop Quailty, this item is good for your own vehicle but there is a defect/blemish so we wouldnt sell it to a reapir shop
* or NTE
The "* or nte" means there is a sub note in our system explaning something important about this part please contact if you would like to know what the note is.
Walk
The word "walk" or "walk-in" means the part is only good for someone walking in the door, we try not to ship these parts but they can be. They are normally a "C Grade" part and have a defect/blemish of some type

A core is a bad item, it may be used for certain parts off of it, or it may be used for rebuild. We do not guarantee core items.
