    These are locally harvested U.S. pine nuts. These come from the mountains of Nevada. They have a soft shell which make them easy to crack. They have a shelf life of several months. They need to be stored in a dry cool area. They can not be stored in any type of air tight container or they will go bad quickly. They are shipped raw and ready to roast.
    Please note that these pine nuts are still in the shell and you will need to crack them open.
